Friendly and helpful staff, good beds, good breakfast, reliable wifi, convenient parking, modern building.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Dear Sir/Madam, It is wrong to say this Hotel is for Backpackers, but to me it is Budget.

Regarding Booking, Asked for Double room for comfort. Was given code for Internet but Hotel could not tell which provider They use. About 12/14 Providers listed. So no broadband eve in checked in . New lady on desk was able to tell me morning I left.

The hotel is conveniently located right off the tram line on the main strip, making it easy to get into the center of town. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were well-appointed with comfortable twin beds. The breakfast included a pleasant extra of having a kettle with coffee in the room.

This hotel is perfect for a family with two small kids, located steps away from public transportation and close to the city center. the rooms are pleasant, clean, and equipped with comfortable beds, a modern bathroom, and reliable WiFi. A delicious continental breakfast is served every morning. guests have access to a parking garage located nearby. You can easily explore the city right off the tram line on the main strip close to a tram station.

The hotel lacks charm and soul and has plastic cups for hot drinks which can be a letdown.

I loved the location of the hotel, it was conveniently located on the main strip and right off the tram line, making it very easy to get into the centre of town. It was close to the center, just a short 10-minute walk away. The hotel facilities were great, including a comfortable bed and a well-stocked bathroom. the staff were very friendly and accommodating. During our recent stay at Kyriad, we were actually surprised by the spacious and bright room. The modern design added a touch of elegance to our accommodations. The hotel's location was fantastic, with easy access to the city center and the main tram line. We also appreciated the helpful staff who made our stay more fun. While we didn't try the breakfast at the hotel, we found great options at nearby patisseries and boulangeries. we were very satisfied with our experience at Kyriad.

The noise from the street kept waking us up at night, and the beds were uncomfortable. The shower was also small and difficult to use.
